Comcast's CEO Brian Roberts
made a visit to the Chicago market and
wanted to maximize his trip with a series of
press meetings with key Chicago
publications. Our team set up a press
room at a local hotel and one-on-one
reporter meetings with key publications
across the market.
Strategy
Prior to the
meetings, the CEO received a briefing book
discussing market operation, internal and
external communications, community and
government outreach and even updates on local
teams.
The CEO was able to update reporters on the latest technology opportunities coming from the company and swap stories on local issues.
The results were impressive:
